Peter has a commercial base to his practice, with a focus on franchising and property development. He will continue to deal primarily with commercial matters as a consultant to Hollingworth and Spencer on a part time basis 3 days per week

Career

Peter started in Samford in 1993 with Bill Scattini and has run the practice as Carrigan and Co, Carrigan and Butler, Hollingworth and Spencer and Samford Law since then.

Peter is also the company secretary for Pine Rivers Community Finance Limited, which operates the Samford and Brendale Bendigo Community Bank Branches, whose fundamental charter is to "Reinvest in the Community"
