Receptionist/Administration Support 

 

We have a full-time position available for an enthusiastic individual to join our administration team based at The Gap.  The position is available for an immediate start and requires you to be the first port of call for our clients in the role of Receptionist within our office, and provide Administration support to our team.  This position would be best suited to someone who would like to further their skills and begin a career in administration, and has the potential for growth into a legal secretarial support position.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • answering the telephone and attending to client needs;
  • booking client appointments and maintaining multiple calendars;
  • greeting clients and offering refreshments;
  • daily mail and banking;
  • basic accounts receivable and payable;
  • running errands and driving documents into the City;
  • general office duties (such as filing, photocopying, scanning, ordering stationery etc.);
  • dictaphone typing;
  • preparation of letters.

Experience in MS Word and Outlook essential and MS Excel and LEAP Legal software an advantage.  Drivers Licence and own car also essential. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
